REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 18 years of age

• High school graduate or posses a G.E.D

• Valid driver's license/Government issued ID

• Reliable Transportion

• A minimum of 1 year of hands on experience with references. *Must be no more than 3 years ago

• Any certificates of care giving skills achieved

• The passion to help others

• Great people skills along with a positive attitude

• Ability to work unsupervised most of the time

• Ability to recognize patient needs and maintain a professional relationship in dealing with the patient or their family members
